Symsys likes to look after it's customers as much as possible, for that reason we offer every level of service possible for our customers web needs. We offer a fully managed service, where Symsys deals with every aspect of the site, from design, through implementation, including future development and including the hosting and DNS needs. We also offer a Managed service once your site has already been designed (Customers with existing websites), we will host it, manage the DNS and we can take over development for you as well if you wish. Or if you already have hosting, or would just prefer to host your site elsewhere, then we can simply do the design for you and give you the site and artwork.

*a - All artwork copyrights remain the property of Symsys Ltd until payment is made. Permission will not be given to use the artwork otherwise.
*b - Limited to a further 1 hour of work and is conceptual only, does not include actual design work.
*c - Customer must provide all artwork and copy in order to acheive this price for a project. Other factors are also taken into account.
*d - Customer must provide all existing apps and databases in order to acheive this price for a project. Other factors are also taken into account.
*e - Limited to 3 hours of actual work over 5 business days and only includes slight modifications to artwork, code or text.
Site Management:
Only offered to customers of Symsys, we do not provide hosting services separately.

*a - When Management option taken. Additional Storage is
available at $1 per 100MB.
*b - Up to 10 customer requested changes p/month. Unlimited Symsys changes.
*c - Up to 5 customer requested changes p/month. Unlimited Symsys changes.
*d - Phone instead of email and response time drops from up to 4 hours to less than 1 hour.
*e - Up to 200MB collectively, an extra $5 per 100MB of DB storage applies above this.
